ANOTHER Overnight Concrete Pour at the Edgewood Marta Development Site
Capstone intends to have an early concrete pour at the Edgewood MARTA project Wednesday morning February 22 starting at 12 am and going until approximately 9 am. They’ve hired the APD to assist with traffic and other issues.

Edgewood Workshop- Livable Centers Initiative Plan Update

What: The workshop is part of a Livable Centers Initiative Plan Update and will explore:
Possibilities for land use and zoning changes along Moreland Avenue in Edgewood, including more office spaces; and
Interest in organizing a group to reclaim, maintain, and perhaps open the Sugar Creek flood plain to recreational uses. Presenters will review how South Fork Conservancy reclaimed a section of Peachtree Creek flood plain in Buckhead.
