exactly is Edgewood?
We are located just south of Little Five Points,
north of East Atlanta, west of Kirkwood, and east of Reynoldstown. Our
boundaries go from Moreland to Arizona and I-20 to La France. For a

How can I get on the Edgewood email list?
ONE email communications are distributed by a Yahoo! group: one-members. You must
create a Yahoo! sign-in to access the group, but you can subscribe with any email address.
Which NPU (Neighborhood Planning Unit) is Edgewood
a part of?
We are affiliated with NPU-O, which serves Edgewood,
Kirkwood, and East Lake.
When are the NPU-O meetings?
NPU-O meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at DeKalb
Atlanta Senior Center, located at 25 Warren Street, at 7:30 p.m.
When are the Zoning Committee meetings?
The Zoning Committee schedules meetings as needed.
I've seen Edgewood banners & signs around
the neighborhood. How do I get one of these?
Banners can be purchased for $35 at the Monthly Meetings
or by contacting the Vice
President. Neighborhood signs are free and are available from the
President.
How do I get my information included in the Edgewood
Directory ?
Simply send an email to the Web
Mistress and include any information you'd like to see printed,
i.e. Name, Address, Phone & Cell Numbers and Email Address. A new
printing will occur in March 2006, with quarterly updates to those included
in the directory.
What are the Shining Stars?
This is Edgewood's Senior Outreach & Activity
Group. They meet on the second Monday of each month at Coan Park Recreation
Center at 10 a.m.
Who is our City Council representative?
Natalyn Archibong serves Edgewood through her seat
as District 5 Representative.
In what county is Edgewood located?
We are within the Atlanta City Limits of DeKalb County.
What are Edgewood's zone schools?
Whitefoord Elementary, Coan Middle, and Crim High
School are the primary schools for Edgewood children. We are also in
the secondary zone for Drew Charter School and the tertiary zone for

Perimeter, Edgewood boasts many conveniences that other neighborhoods
